Membership & Partnership

One association, two ways to belong, whether you work in a family office or serve the families and structures around it.

Membership is a standing in the association, held by those who practise independently.

Most things in life – automobiles, mistresses, cancer – are important principally to those who have them. Money in contrast is equally important to those who have it and those who don’t.
John Kenneth Galbraith 1908 – 2006 President, American Economic Association · Professor of Economics, Harvard University · Adviser to four US Presidents

Sponsor

Helping to pay for the work

A partner joins the association and brings what it knows. A sponsor pays for what the association does and is named for it. They are different things and we keep them apart, but a sponsor signs the same undertaking a partner signs, so nothing carries our name that we have not read and agreed to.

Your firm decides what it gives. What you name here opens what it can support below.

/ year

Choose what you would like to fund

Take as many as you wish. What your figure reaches is open, the rest opens higher up, and what it finally costs is agreed with the office and written into the contract.

How should your support be acknowledged?

Who we will be writing to

A real person, please. Somebody from the office answers these by hand, and usually within a couple of working days.

Invoicing

Optional. So the invoice is right once the contract is signed.

Here is what we have

Read it back and change anything that is not right. Nothing is taken today.

Your contribution
€ 3,600

The board reviews every funding arrangement and may decline it, and the contract is signed before anything is taken.

What a sponsor gets is set out in the contract and grows with what is supported. Sponsorship is not membership: it carries no seat and no partner status, and a firm that wants both takes them separately. What it does carry is the association’s undertaking and code of conduct, so no name, claim or logo goes out under the association’s banner without the association’s approval. Everything is handled under the non-disclosure undertaking and in line with the GDPR.

Secure payment handled by Stripe · For the account of Luxembourg For Family Office a.s.b.l.

Multi family office fees are rounded to the nearest € 50 and confirmed with the office before anything is payable.

* Members are natural or legal persons who exercise a family office activity, whether for a single family or for several.

** Partner members are any natural or legal person carrying out an activity related or complementary to that of a family office, and in general any natural or legal person whose activity is likely to interest the family office, for example trust companies, lawyers, accountants, auditors, notaries, private banks and domiciliation agents.
